Elizabeth Wong, director of SFC ( Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission), talked about cryptocurrency regulation recently. The regulation is considering allowing the retail investors to invest in cryptocurrency directly. Elizabeth explained how the difference of the investment policy and environment are different from the mainland China’s. She said that Hong Kong can introduce its own bill to regulate cryptocurrencies.
